ETHICAL SOURCING
Oxford seeks to ensure that our products are created in good working conditions. This supports the company's core principles of providing our workforce with meaningful jobs and providing customers with high quality products.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Oxford is committed to the ideal of trading ethically, sourcing responsibly and working to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.
SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
Oxford’s business and supply chain is both diverse and dynamic. Our key priority of trading ethically and acting responsibly towards the workers in our suppliers’ factories is managed principally through our long association with SGS.
BUSINESS PRINCIPALS
The Oxford business is committed to offering beautifully designed goods of exceptional quality, in categories such as men’s and women’s clothing, footwear and accessories. All of the products are responsibly sourced and commercially priced.
SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
Our Human Rights and Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to identify, prevent or mitigate human rights’ risks, slavery and human trafficking.
CARBON COMMITMENT
Oxford has a commitment to greatly reduce the natural and social costs of its products to capitalize on rising demand without taxing the environment or human welfare. To that end, we will all benefit from innovations that allow our products to be made using less energy and material and to be reused or recycled with ease.
THE ENVIRONMENT
Climate change and resource scarcity are widely recognised as complex global challenges affecting businesses and their supply chains and we take our responsibilities in this area seriously.
LIVING WAGE MODERN SLAVERY
A living wage is not a privilege granted to workers rather, it is enabled by workers, as a matter of enjoying their workplace rights.
CHARITIES WE SUPPORT
Oxford is joining with Save the Children Fund as a strategic partner on July 1 2022. Together we will be establishing a clothing and textiles collection service in several stores. The program will involve receiving clothing on behalf of STHF whereafter it will be resold throughout its 80+ store network with the proceeds going to disadvantaged children.
